Panchase Hike is considered as a comparatively easy hiking route then another high-altitude trek of Nepal’s Himalayas and is suitable for all age groups and all fitness levels so, this is an ideal trek where you can enjoy with your friends and family together. Panchase hill is situated at 2500m from the sea level and south-west direction from Pokhara city. You can view the stunning 360 degrees of great Himalayan peaks like Machhapuchhre (fishtail mountain), Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Lamjung, Manaslu, Himchuli Himalayan ranges and this is the best place to see all those full scale majestic Himalayan range from nearby Pokhara city. Panchase is also very famous for the Hindu holy pilgrimage site.
While doing this adventurous trek you will pass through many beautiful ethnic Gurung villages and chance to do interaction with the friendly local villagers. This trek will encounter various geographical terrains, deep gorges fast flowing rivers coming down from the Himalayas, dense forest walks, rice paddies, rhododendron forests, old style Nepali houses, banana trees, and various birds & wildlife’s found on the Annapurna region. This region is also very rich in plants biodiversity where different plants species were protected and researched by the research organization. If you love nature then, this trail is perfect to hike and enjoy.
Day 01: Pokhara to Pame Drive and hiking to Sarangkot Hill Station
After breakfast we will be driving to Pame for 15minutes then start our hike to Sarangkot. This route normally takes 4 hours to reach Sarangkot. This hiking trial goes through the typical Nepali village. These villages are so nearby touristic city Pokhara but still they are untouched by modernization. Sarangkot is beautiful view point which is very famous for panoramic view of Annapurna mountain ranges, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail and Pokhara city located on the bank of fewa lake. Situated at an elevation of 1592m. Beside beautiful natural surrounding Sarangkot is also famous for adventurous activities like paragliding, Zip-flyer and others. We will enjoy the Sunset and Sunrise from here. Over night in Sarangkot.
Day 02: Sarangkot-Naudanda-Bhadaure
After sunrise view we will have breakfast then start our trek towards Bhadaure village. It takes about 4 hours to reach to Bhadaure. Bhadaure is a beautiful traditional nepali village. The village settlement is typical with stone paved lanes and faces towards the Himalayan ranges. The Annapurna range can view from here. Over night at Bhadaure village.
Day 03: Bhadaure-Panchase Hill (2500m)
After breakfast start our trek towards Panchase hill; walk another 4 hours via dense forest; natural pond. Panchase hill offers you view of closer Mountains ranges. Over night at Homestay.
Day 04: Panchase-Ghantichhina-Pokhara.
After sunrise; we will have breakfast then start our trek toward Ghatichhina; following thousand of stairs downhill via forest; village; farm to Ghatichhina; stop for lunch and then trek emerges into Pame; will trek for about 5 hours in total. After reaching road way; we will be driving back to Pokhara.
